I know...we are very behind on blog updates! More to follow...but my mom had to share this first. Yesterday I asked dad to cut me a piece of birthday cake for snack. THIS is what I got. It is not a piece, it is a bonafide hunk o' cake :) I, of course, had no complaints about portion size and proceeded to demolish it. However, my mom had a few things to say...but she let slide this time. Dad had one too and we both thoroughly enjoyed it!
